Marilyn Monroe Nuce: Staging, Distance and Tension

Editör 6 min read
Marilyn Monroe Nuce

Key takeaways

  • The robe hits the floor before the second frame is even framed.
  • She calls the shots with her hips, not her mouth.
  • The last flash pops while they are still tangled on the rug.

Marilyn Monroe Nuce

The bulb over the tripod is a fat, sweating bastard, throwing a hard yellow circle onto the rug and leaving the rest of the bungalow in a brown haze. Marilyn stands inside that circle with her weight on one hip, silk robe hanging open like a shop door nobody bothered to shut. The photographer, a wiry guy named Halloran with a cigarette glued to his lip, keeps fussing with the bellows and telling her to hold still. She doesn't hold still. She never does. She rolls one shoulder, lets the robe slide down the slope of it, and watches him lose his train of thought mid-sentence. The room smells of hairspray, hot dust and her perfume, something thick and floral that goes straight to the back of the throat.

"You gonna shoot, or you gonna stare at me all night, honey?" she says, and her voice is low and scraped, a laugh buried in it. Halloran mumbles something about metering. She steps out of the robe completely and kicks it behind her with a bare heel. Underneath there's nothing but skin and a little gold cross bouncing between her tits. Her nipples pull tight in the cool air and she doesn't cover them, doesn't fold her arms, just stands there letting him look his fill. His cigarette burns down to the filter and he doesn't notice until the ash drops on his shoe.

The Silk Slips Off

He gets two frames off before his hands start shaking. The shutter clacks, the bulb pops, and between flashes she moves closer, slow and deliberate, like she's wading through deep water. Her thighs are pale and full and there's a dark wedge of hair between them that the light catches when she turns. She reaches him, plucks the cigarette out of his mouth, takes a drag herself and blows the smoke up at the bulb. Then she hooks a finger in his belt loop and pulls him in until the camera is digging into her belly.

"That thing's in the way," she says, nodding at the tripod. He shoves it aside. It wobbles but holds. His palms come up to her waist, thumbs pressing into the soft give above her hips, and she makes a small satisfied noise in her throat, the kind that says finally. He kisses her sloppy and off-center, more teeth than lip, and she takes it, drags her nails up the back of his neck into his hair and yanks a little, just enough to make him grunt. Her tits press flat against his shirt and he can feel the hard points of them through the cotton.

He gets a hand between her legs and she widens her stance for him, easy as anything, and he groans into her mouth when he finds her already slick. Two fingers slide in without a fight. She rocks down onto them, head tipped back, the cords in her neck standing out under the light, and says, "There it is. Don't get shy on me now."

Down on the Rug

They end up on the floor because her knees go soft and he follows her down, and the rug burns the backs of her thighs and she doesn't give a damn. He gets his trousers open and his cock out and she wraps a fist around it, gives it a couple of slow pulls, thumb smearing the wet at the tip. "Look at that," she says, half to herself. "All that fuss and you're leaking already." He tells her to shut up and she laughs, that throaty dirty laugh, and pulls him down on top of her.

The first push in is slow and thick and her mouth falls open around a sound she doesn't bother to swallow. She hooks a leg high around his hip, heel digging into the small of his back, and grinds up to meet him. The bulb is still burning over them, throwing their shadows big and crooked across the wall, and every time he drives in deep her tits jolt and the gold cross skips against her collarbone. He's muttering into her neck, stupid broken stuff, how tight she is, how he's gonna lose it, and she digs her nails into his shoulder blades and tells him not yet, not yet, hold it.

He gets a thumb on her clit and rubs tight little circles and her hips stutter. The sound she makes is raw and unpolished, nothing like the movies. "That's it, that's it, right there," she pants, and then she's clamping down on him, back bowing off the rug, a long shudder running through her from the cunt outward. He holds out maybe four more strokes before he's gone too, buried to the root, groaning like a man getting hit.

After the Flash Pops

They lie there in the heat and the dust, him heavy on top of her, both of them breathing like they ran stairs. The bulb hums. Somewhere outside a car door slams and a dog loses its mind. She pats his sweaty back, once, twice, and says, "Now you can take the picture." He laughs against her shoulder and doesn't move. The last flash pops a minute later with them still tangled, her leg still hooked over his hip, and neither one of them cares that the frame will come out blurry.

How explicit does the scene get?

Full explicit — undressing, fingering, dirty talk, intercourse and a real finish, no fade to black.

What is the pacing like?

Slow burn for the first beat, then it moves fast once the robe drops and stays frantic until the end.

What details set the mood?

The hot bulb, the dust, the burnt cigarette and her perfume do the heavy lifting before anyone touches anybody.
